In a special edition of the regular Ask Frank video series, the boss talks about the target of finishing top of our Champions League group ahead of travelling to Spain later today, and the importance of Jorginho who has played every game in the competition so far.

You can watch the full interview above. During it, Lampard considers the approach to the remaining two games in the group stage having already qualified for the knockout round.‘It is a tough group with a particularly tough competitor in Seville,’ he says. ‘It would be great for us to do so [finish top], at the same time we have a particularly busy schedule at the minute.‘Can it give some extra players some minutes in these last two game, yes. Do I expect the levels to drop, no. That is part of having a strong squad, that we have good competition and it is a group that we actually want to go through first, so it will be two tough games that we need to get right.’

Lampard goes on to review the group-stage campaign so far before turning his attention to Jorginho, who started all of those games, and what he brings. He also focuses on his vice-captain’s ball-retaining qualities.‘It is a huge thing to have that talent in the number six role, the deep-lying midfield role,’ he says, ‘but also off the ball to help with the organisation of the team, to try and win the ball back as high up the pitch as we possibly can, to organise in front of him and have those talents to keep the ball moving and keep us playing.‘It is a very important part of what we are trying to do in the system that we are playing at the moment so in Jorgy, I have a lot of trust in how he can perform that role.’
