London rivals Chelsea and Tottenham go head-to-head on Sunday afternoon in a huge clash in the Premier League title race.

Both sides have been good so far this season and Sunday’s derby will be a major test of their title credentials.

Frank Lampard will take on his former boss Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge and both will be eager for a victory.

Chelsea beat Newcastle last weekend and have been impressive in recent weeks.

Meanwhile, league leaders Tottenham claimed a stunning win over Manchester City and have claimed four league victories on the bounce.

This match will be held at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, November 29 and will kick-off at 4:30pm.

These two only met in September with Tottenham winning their League Cup fourth round tie on penalties.

This fixture finished 2-1 to Chelsea last season with Olivier Giroud and Marcos Alonso on target.
