Jamie O’Hara believes the Premier League title race is ‘well and truly over’ after Chelsea and Liverpool drew at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

The Blues came back from two goals down to level things up before half-time as the top-flight witnessed one of the most thrilling 45 minutes in its history.

But for all the game’s excitement, neither side emerged with the win they so desperately needed to keep the heat on Pep Guardiola’s runaway leaders.

Following their fortunate last-gasp victory at Arsenal on Saturday, Man City are now ten points clear of Chelsea, while Liverpool are 11 back with a game in hand.

Besides the huge gap, Chelsea have a well-publicised situation on their hands with Romelu Lukaku, while Liverpool have lost Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane to AFCON for the near future.

“It’s over,” former Tottenham midfielder O’Hara told talkSPORT. “It’s well and truly over.

“Liverpool had to win that game. They’re conceding too many goals. Chelsea are conceding too many goals.

“Man City go to all these teams, they go away from home, and they get three points.

“They’re not going to drop ten points. You’re joking, aren’t you?

“They’re dominating the league and they’re dominating everyone.

“For me, the Premier League is over. It’s going to be a formality this season, especially now that Liverpool lose Mane and Salah.

“I just don’t think Chelsea are good enough at the moment, especially with the Lukaku situation as well.

“It’ll be focus on the Champions League now for Liverpool and Chelsea.”
