Champions League holders Chelsea take on Malmo this evening looking to return to winning ways in Group H.

The Blues beat Zenit Saint-Petersburg in their opening European tie this season but lost at Juventus last time out.

Thomas Tuchel’s men need to keep touch with Juve at the top of the group and can afford no mistakes against Swedish champions Malmo tonight.

Chelsea are on a run of favourable fixtures and will want to kick on domestically and in Europe ahead of the hectic festive period.

The west Londoners face a quick turnaround for their next match as they host Norwich in the Premier League on Saturday lunchtime.

Chelsea v Malmo: Date and kick-off time

This Group H tie is due to take place on Wednesday, October 20.

It is taking place at Stamford Bridge and kick-off is at 8pm.

These two sides have met once before - in the Round of 32 of the 2018/19 Europa League. Chelsea won the tie 5-1 on aggregate and went on to beat Arsenal in the final.
