Season ticket holders and members can purchase up to four tickets per person for the game, which kicks off at 7.45pm.

As well as watching the Blues in action at the Bridge for the first time since becoming European Champions, you will get a chance to see the trophy paraded ahead of the game, with other pre-match entertainment planned.

From the sale of each match ticket, £5 is being donated to the mental health charity Mind and the Chelsea Foundation.
