Allocation and stadium entry information

We have received an allocation of 2000 tickets which includes 15 wheelchair spaces, 15 wheelchair personal assistants tickets, 24 ambulant supporter’s tickets and 24 ambulant personal assistants.

Supporters attending the match will be required to show one of the following upon entering the stadium:

PCR test no older than 72 hoursLateral flow test no older than 48 hoursDouble vaccination or proof of past infection

All ticket holders must be in capacity to show a paper or electronic version of any of the above documents at the stadium.

All supporters will be required to wear a face covering at all times.

Ticket sales information

Tuesday 3 August from 10am until 5pm on Tuesday 3 August ONLINE ONLY: Supporters on the 2019/20 UEFA away scheme can purchase one ticket. 500 temporary loyalty points will be added to accounts in order to give supporters the choice of ticket category.

Wednesday 4 August 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders on a loyalty point basis. The number of loyalty points required will be announced by 6pm on Tuesday 3 August.

As per the ticketing policy, tickets will be sold using the loyalty points for the 2019/20 season.

Should we have tickets available after season ticket holders have had a chance to purchase, a further announcement will be made.

Disabled Season Ticket Application Process

Supporters who are registered disabled can apply by downloading the away disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

Disabled supporters can submit this application form on the relevant sales period detailed above to [email protected]

Business season tickets or multiple season tickets in one name

Season tickets held in a business name (as determined by the Club) cannot purchase tickets for UEFA away matches.

Any season ticket holder who holds two or more season tickets in one name can only purchase one UEFA away match ticket.

Tickets purchased using season tickets in a business name or multiple names will have the ticket order refunded.

Collection Procedure

Once the fully completed declaration forms have been received a voucher will be emailed to the lead supporter who made the booking.

In order to collect the ticket each individual supporter will be required to bring with them in person the voucher and their valid passport. Please note copies of the passport will NOT be accepted and each supporter will need to visit the collection point in person. Tickets cannot be collected on behalf of other supporters.

Further details in relation to the location of the ticket collection point, along with match security and safety information will be communicated to supporters by email as soon as possible.

Deadlines

Please note the following deadlines are in place for this match:

Declaration forms must arrive with the ticket office no later than 5pm on Thursday 5 August.

Supporters who do not receive their voucher must contact the ticket office on Monday 9 August.

Tickets will go off sale at 5pm Friday 6 August.

Declaration form submission

Each supporter will need to fully complete a declaration form once the booking has been made.

The declaration form must be completed accurately including the passport number of the applicant.

Supporters who purchase two tickets or more in one transaction will be required to submit the application forms from that transaction on the same time.

Failure to comply with the above information will result in the declaration forms being returned without tickets issued.

Duplicate tickets

We regret to inform supporters there will be no duplicate tickets available for this match.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive 5 loyalty points for this match.

Official travel

There will be no official club trip operating for this match.

A free personal assistant’s ticket will be allocated with every disabled supporter’s ticket purchased.

Uncollected tickets

Supporters who fail to collect their tickets will not receive any loyalty points.

Uncollected tickets cannot be refunded or resold.
