Dortmund are determined to keep their star striker though, especially with Jadon Sancho set to join United for £73m.
The Bundesliga side have therefore turned down Chelsea's bid and the Blues will have to decide whether to put in a new bid for the prolific Norwegian striker.
Haaland has been a revelation since joining Dortmund 18-months ago, scoring 57 goals for the Bundesliga outfit in just 59 matches.
Dortmund have repeatedly stated that Haaland will remain at Signal Iduna Park this season after sanctioning the sale of Sancho to United - and wouldn't let him go for less than £150 million.
The 20-year-old has a clause in his contract meaning he would be available for just £70m next summer, which could spark a fierce battle for his signature.
