Jude Bellingham made the brave decision to join Borussia Dortmund in the summer.

The teenager had enjoyed a breakthrough season in the Championship with Birmingham City before being snapped up by the Bundesliga outfit for around £20.7million.

A number of Premier League clubs were interested in him, but having seen what Jadon Sancho and others had done by making the move to Germany early, Bellingham decided to follow their lead.

And Bellingham has shone, despite his tender years, scoring on his debut in a German Cup clash with Duisburg, and playing in 40 games in total so far this season.

Chelsea boss Tuchel suggests Champions League is up for grabs

Premier League clubs are once again looking at him, alongside teammates Sancho and Erling Haaland ahead of the summer transfer window.

It would seem unlikely to see Bellingham make the move back to England after just one season in Germany, but Chelsea are among the clubs thought to be monitoring his progress, having missed out on him last time around.

Bellingham scored his first ever Champions League goal when opening the scoring in the quarter-final second leg clash with Manchester City and it got the Blues supporters talking.

He fired home from the edge of the box after a barnstorming run from Haaland to level the scores on aggregate at 2-2.

Thomas Tuchel is expected to be a busy man in the summer transfer window, with Haaland understood to be his number one priority.

Tuchel has overseen an impressive upturn in form since taking over the reins from Frank Lampard earlier in the campaign, guiding the Blues to the semi-finals of the Champions League.

Will Bellingham be amongst his squad next season? Time will tell.
