After splashing the cash in the summer transfer window, Chelsea have been incredibly quiet so far this January.

But with Frank Lampard under pressure, the Blues could dip into the market in order to bring in reinforcements for their embattled boss.

Chelsea have been linked with a number of Premier League stars, including Declan Rice, as well as several players currently plying their trade on foreign shores.

It is not only incomings that will be on the mind of Lampard in the winter window after their summer splurge, with several fringe players rumoured to be heading for the exit.

Here is the latest Chelsea transfer news.

Blues leading race for former Barca winger

Chelsea have shown an interest in Lazio winger Raul Moro

Chelsea are at the head of the pack chasing the signing of former Barcelona winger Raul Moro.

Moro is currently at Lazio and local outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi, who are close to the Serie A side, report the Blues have shown an interest in the winger.

The 18-year-old is a product of the Barcelona academy, although he didn’t make an appearance for the La Liga giants.

He has also struggled to break into Lazio’s senior side and is yet to make an appearance in Serie A this season.

Fikayo Tomori is being targeted by Serie A side AC Milan, reports Fabrizio Romano.

The defender has found chances under Frank Lampard hard to come by, and made just his second appearance of the season against Morecambe in the FA Cup last weekend.

With Chelsea possessing an abundance of defenders, Tomori could be sent out to Italy to fulfil his desire for minutes. Tomori’s availability has attracted the interest of Milan, who are in the market for a centre back, according to Romano.

“AC Milan have contacted Chelsea for the English centre back. Tomori would accept the destination,” Romano tweeted.

“But the main target for Milan is still Mohamed Simakan [Strasbourg]. Only if the deal will collapse, Tomori would be the option.”

Chelsea targeting Turkish striker

Bursaspor's Ali Akman is attracting the interest of Frank Lampard

Chelsea are sizing up a move for Bursaspor striker Ali Akman, report the Daily Mail.

The Turkey Under-21 international has scored nine goals in 16 games this season, with that return attracting the interest of the Stamford Bridge side, whose attackers have struggled to find the back of the net this year.

Akman has turned down a new deal at Bursaspor and with only six months remaining on his contract, the Turkish side will likely be willing to cash in this month.

The 18-year-old could be available for as little as £3million, but Chelsea are just one of a long queue of clubs keen to land the striker.

Both Red Bull Salzburg and Galatasaray attempted to strike a deal for the attacker in December, while clubs in Germany, Italy and France have also displayed an interest.
